Description
The solar thermal collector consists of superconductive tube, aluminum fin, collector tube, header and frame. This device can convert the solar energy into heat energy and transfer the energy to the built-in heat pipe. Through vapor-liquid phase circulation process, this solar heating collector continuously absorbs the solar radiation to provide heat for the system. The JHC series solar thermal collector is economical and practical with 14mm heat pipe condensation end.

Application
The solar collector can provide domestic hot water, such as bathing and washing clothes. This equipment also can meet the requirements of industrial hot water supply. Additionally, our solar heating collector can be used in solar refrigeration and other new areas.

2. Our solar thermal collector possesses good features of fast pressure-bearing operation, high structural strength, strong freezing resistance, long service life as well as easy installation and maintenance.
3. The solar heating collector uses heat pipe to transfer the energy without leakage and scaling. Even at the temperature of 40 degrees below zero, it also can operate normally. Compared to conventional solar collector, this solar thermal collector can solve the frozen problems when it is used in winter.
4. Small heat capacity and quick heat transfer, even under the low sunlight, this solar heating collector also can start rapidly and collect heat effectively.
5. The heated working medium does not flow directly into the vacuum tube, so the system pipeline can withstand high pressure (within 0.6Mpa). Because the pipes have no water, if one or several vacuum tubes are broken, they will not affect the entire system. Our solar thermal collector is applicable to all types of forced circulation solar collector system.
6. The working medium makes the temperature of the solar heating collector exceed the critical temperature, the heat transfer will stop and will not produce the phase-transition temperature that over the evaporating temperature or below the condensing temperature. Therefore the heat pipe itself owns the capacities of antifreeze and anti-overheating, which completely solves the high temperature and icing problems caused by other solar thermal collector under no load condition.
7. The solar heating collector can be used for generating electricity, drying, heating, and recovery of waste heat as well as sea water desalination.

Selection Note
1.There is need different roofing connectors, depending on the solar thermal collector is installed in the flat roof or sloping roof.
2.Please make sure there is enough space to install our solar heating collector. For the size, you can refer to our installation manual or consult the salesman.

Operation and Notes
1.The distance between rows should meet the design requirements and avoid blocking.
2.The installation angle and position should comply with the design requirements, the solar thermal collector should be fixed with the main building structure or collector bracket to prevent slippage, and collectors stand should be temporarily fixed.
3.Leak test should be carried out when the solar heating collector is completely connected.
4.The solar thermal collector should avoid long-term air drying or exposure, which will affect the service life.
5.Please periodically check the pressure of the circulating fluid, if the pressure decreases obviously, check the piping and filling.
