Working Principle of Solar Evacuated Tube
There is a layer of selective absorbing coating in the outer wall of the vacuum tube. It can absorb wavelengths of 0.3 to 1.3 micron band of the solar rays (mainly the visible light and near infrared ray) to gather luminous energy, and then convert the light energy into heat energy. The vacuum interlayer is used to keep thermal insulation and reduce heat loss. We make use of thermosiphon of the solar vacuum tube to heat the water inside solar water tank.
