Working Principle of Flat Plate Solar Water Heater
The solar collector absorbs the heat energy and transfers it to the heat exchange medium. As the temperature of the heat medium rises, under the action of the pump cycle, the fluid is heated in the collector and then goes into the heat exchanger of the storage tank. At this moment, the thermal energy is transferred to the water and the heat-conducting medium is gradually cooling. The cooled liquid is pushed back to the collector and heated again. This process is repeated until all the water in the storage tank is heated.
